• Landmine Deadlifts to Squat
• Landmine Reverse Lunges to Press
• Hammer Curls to Narrow Shoulder Press
• Plank Renegade Row
• Sit-Up with Dumbbell to Tricep Extension

How do I pay? • Pay per class or choose a package—through the Studio G website, via the MINDBODY App, or at the studio.

What should I wear? • Workout clothes and socks (grippy socks are great but optional).
