Before taking your FIT3D Body Scan, please fill out the form below so we can better understand your goals and fitness experience.

Upon receipt of your information below, you will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule your appointment with one of our Certified Coaches

Please Note: For accurate scan results, proper attire is required while conducting your FIT3D scan.

• MALES – Tight-fitting underwear / boxer briefs.
• FEMALES – Tight-fitting pants (i.e. Yoga Pants) and Sports Bra.

As you conduct your scan, you are in a private office with your Coach outside of the room, so you have total privacy. You are the only one who sees the 3D image created, and the results are 100% confidential and not shared with any third party.
