MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The face and frontline of Gold’s Gym East Northport: You are the first experience and point of contact for our Gold’s members and potential new members. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, charismatic, and works well in a team environment.
Requirements and Responsibilities:

Assisting members with questions about their membership plans and billing, whether in person or over the phone

Touring potential new members the facility and writing up new membership agreements

Blending smoothies at our Smoothie Bar

Computer skills and ability to understand our Member Service software

Exceptional verbal and communication skills
- Team Player: Able to work well alongside others and assist in coverage when necessary.
- Ability to multi-task

Possesses the qualities to maintain a positive relationship with both prospective and current Gold’s Gym members

Expected to have the flexibility to work some holiday/weekend/early morning and late evenings.
Education and Experience:

High School diploma/GED required.

Higher education (Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc) preferred but not required.

CPR/AED certification a plus
-
Customer service/sales experience preferred, not required.
Compensation and Benefits:

$17/hour + Commission for memberships sold during shift

Fri: 5am - 9pm
Sat: 7am - 6pm
Sun: 8am - 6pm
KIDS CLUB HOURS
Mon - Sat: 8am - 1pm
